Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Jacob, the wine enthusiast behind tWine Cart. My passion for wine began years ago, from joining local wine clubs to working at a Napa Valley winery. Along the way, I served as an Army Officer for over eight years, earned my MBA, and built a career managing operations across industries. Through it all, one dream stayed with me: to create a wine experience people could enjoy anywhere.
Today, that dream is real. tWine Cart is based in Oregon City and serves the greater Portland metro area with curated tastings, friendly service, and a mobile cart designed to make any gathering feel like a celebration.
